La acción formativa tiene como objetivos:

  • Proporcionar herramientas para alinear la contratación pública con las vías de solución a los retos sociales y ambientales que la Sociedad reclama y las Políticas Internacionales, Europeas, Nacionales y Locales tratan de resolver.
  • Facilitar herramientas técnicas y administrativas para plantear y desarrollar instrumentos de gobernanza que estimulen la participación pública y la transparencia y los integren con el resto de principios de la compra pública: la rendición de cuentas, proporcionalidad, competencia, igualdad de trato y calidad.
  • Facilitar conceptos, criterios y herramientas para incorporar en los pliegos criterios de control y seguimiento material en las fases de definición del contrato, sus condiciones técnicas, la adjudicación y de forma especial en la ejecución del contrato que garanticen maximizar el valor del resultado de la contratación pública.
